Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles of the Parties

For personal data you upload or generate through the platform (for example, contacts you export and manage), you act as the data controller and B2Business Hub acts as a data processor.

For account and platform-operation data, B2Business Hub acts as an independent controller as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope and Purpose of Processing

B2Business Hub processes personal data solely to provide the matching, directory, export, and account features you use, and in accordance with your documented instructions given through the platform.

3. Confidentiality and Security

B2Business Hub ensures that personnel authorized to process personal data are bound by confidentiality and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures consistent with GDPR Article 32.

4. Sub-processors

B2Business Hub may engage sub-processors (such as hosting, payment, and search-data providers) to deliver the service. Sub-processors are bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than those in this DPA.

5. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Turkey, or other applicable regions, B2Business Hub relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Subject Requests and Breach Notification

B2Business Hub will assist you in responding to data subject requests and will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.

7. Deletion and Return of Data

Upon termination, B2Business Hub will delete or return personal data processed on your behalf, except where retention is required by law.
